Before we can start your Tattoo, we require all clients to complete and sign the 'Consent to Tattoo Procedure'.

We want to make sure that you get the outcome you want for your body, so it is important that you let us know of any medical conditions, rashes, etc. If you have any questions about the procedure, ask us. We want to ensure you are fully aware of all the information you need.

Taking care of your new tattoo is important. We will have given you aftercare instructions, but also know that it is easy to misplace things from time to time.
